For nearly two decades, I lived with back pain and, eventually, knee and ankle pain, resulting in knee surgery at the ripe old age of 28.
Fast-forward a few years, and I was in my 30s, but my body felt twice my age. Sitting for too long hurt, and lifting weights led to injuries. Running and playing football, which were my two joys, were out of the question.
I had spent a fortune on massages, chiropractic sessions, and I'd tried every stretching tool, every gadget, every so-called 'solution'—but they were either useless or too bulky to use daily. I'd given up
Then, while travelling through Sri Lanka
I found myself stuck standing on an overcrowded train for six hours. My back was screaming. My calves and hamstrings were locked up.
And for the first time, I wasn't just frustrated—I was angry.

From Strength to Strength- Running Regularly Again
Creating Yoback wasn't easy, but every time I thought about giving up, I remembered why I started.
